Before his employment at Prüfer & Partner at the beginning of 2016, Dr. Laffargue worked as a patent engineer for renowned patent law firms in Munich.
He previously worked as a quality system manager for Motorola Semiconductor Products Sector in Munich.
After gaining a postgraduate degree in quality management at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers (ENSAM - renamed Arts et Métiers Paris Tech) in Paris, he worked for Matra Automobile in Romorantin as a process quality engineer.
During his doctorate in electrical engineering at the University of Toulouse III he also taught for three years as a teaching assistant at the same university. After receiving his Ph.D. degree with highest honors (summa cum laude), he worked as a researcher in the field of electroceramics for ADERMIP and SEDIVER.
He also worked as a research assistant at Merlin Gérin (Schneider Electric) in the laboratory for high voltage in Grenoble.
He holds a B.Sc., M.Sc. and Master of advanced studies in electrical engineering after studying physics, electronics and electrical engineering at the University of Toulouse III and the ENSEEIHT school of engineering in Toulouse.
